Never received my order. I paid $70 for custom charm bracelets that were supposed to be shipped before mother's day and never got them. Requested a refund and waiting for the money to be returned. Waste of tim.

I got a pair of earrings 2-3 uses and the earrings are tarnishing. They were 18k gold paid close to $100. Poor quality.
I received a custom gold bracelet and when I looked at it closely i could see the gold scuffed off. Disappointed.

After a week the chain broke off a little and now again. I have only had it a few months and very disappointed. Should have returned it after it broke the first time. Total waste of my money unfortunately. Was so excited when I ordered it and now regretting my purchase. Too late to return it at this point.

Terrible. Paperclip bracelet (~$40) tarnished after wearing it three times. Not worth it. Save money for something nicer or buy similarly priced from a department store. This place is a total waste of money.

Don't order anything from this store. The descriptions don't match the product. They are selling these rings for $44 dollars. I bought them on Black Friday for $12. They are plastic! Total crap.

I was charged 88.00 on my card before I even submitted my 18.95 order. Of course there is no one to help you on their customer service line. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. Thanks for the pain in the ass of not having a debit card for a few days!

Did not look like the pictures! Very cheap and cheesy plus they use snail mail Theyre jewelry has gone down hill.

Be warned that this website is a scam. I ordered a necklace in March and still have not received it (over 2 months late). I have reached out multiple times over email and left several voicemails to have them call me back and they are ignoring everything. I cannot emphasize enough to stay away from this company. There customer service is nonexistent and their promises and follow through mean even less. I'm writing this review in hopes of someone from the company actually reaches out.

Bought a bracelet for my 30 year old daughter. It was so tiny, a child would have a hard time putting it on. The bracelet was beautiful, but since it was personalized with my granddaughters name, it could not be returned.

Complete scam. I ordered a bracelet and was told there was an 8 week back order. I was never sent any confirmation or email of any sort, and had to argue with them for weeks just to get proof of purchase (they only conceded Bc I have a screenshot of my payment with my bank). Long story short, the bracelet never came and I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I was completely scammed. I ordered a bracelet and was told there was an 8 week backorder. Bauble refuses to send me any order confirmation of any sort, so I had no proof of purchase. Once my bank statement came and I had proof of purchase, they finally conceded and sent me an order number. 8 weeks came and went and I never received any package or email. 3 weeks after I still have no package and have filed a dispute claim with my bank to get my money back.

I bought a good amount of jewelry from BaubleBar about a month ago and the quality is terrible! It's my fault for not doing enough research on the brand, but every item is absolutely not worth the amount I spent. I ordered one of their charm bracelets and it doesn't stay closed for more than an hour, so its unwearable. The rings and necklaces I got already are no longer gold colored but silver. I assumed from the prices it would be great - I was wrong lol.
